Generated text can look different on different devices

The tools on this website create text from Unicode characters. Unicode is a standard that assigns each character a number, but it does not control how a character is drawn. Each phone, computer, browser and app chooses its own fonts. As a result, text that looks right on one device may appear differently on another, or may show as empty boxes or question marks where a device has no font for a character.

You are responsible for checking how generated text appears in the place where you plan to use it. We recommend pasting a short sample first and viewing it on more than one device if the result matters.

Platform rules and limits

Websites, apps and games set their own rules about names, usernames, bios and messages. Some restrict or remove unusual characters. We do not control those rules and cannot guarantee that any generated text will be accepted. Length limits mentioned on this site, such as those for Instagram, X, Discord or SMS, are commonly documented values that the platforms may change, and each platform may count special characters differently. Check the platform's own counter and current rules.

Accessibility, search and translation

Styled Unicode text may be read poorly or skipped by screen readers, may not be matched by search tools, and may not be handled correctly by translation software. Keep important information in plain text.

Responsible use

Do not use generated text, including invisible characters, glitch text or repeated text, to deceive people, harass others, impersonate someone, disrupt services or avoid rules or moderation. You are responsible for how you use text you create.
